Returns

Step 1
Ensure you return the item in its original packaging and undamaged. Please seal the package with clear tape—do not use duct tape.

Step 2
Write your address on a sheet of paper as the return address, and include our address as the delivery address. When you return a package, it's essential that we can identify who sent it. Otherwise, there's a risk the package may be lost by the carrier (PostNL or DHL) or we may be unable to accept it.

Step 3
Notify us of your return via email at info@nelathelabel.com, stating your reason for returning. Once you exercise your right of return and we receive your IBAN details, we will refund your money within 10 days.
Note: It's important we receive proof you returned the item—such as a shipping receipt from DHL/PostNL or a transport confirmation.

Step 4
Ship via UPS or DHL, as these are the most cost-effective return options. The cost of shipping or pick-up is your responsibility. We ask for your understanding on this matter.

Note: If the goods arrive at our premises damaged, unkempt, or not compliant with our conditions, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance. In that case, you are not entitled to a return.

If you have a complaint, please always provide photos. This allows us to work with you to find a solution to your satisfaction.
